The first in a series of children’s backpacks cast inside the 12 inches of concrete required to stop a bullet. The pack is incapable of carrying supplies, too heavy to be lifted by it’s own straps; and impossible weight for a child to carry. A reflection of burdens placed (variably and unequally) on children worldwide by U.S. legislation.
